As part of Maker Week with Matt Ratto (University of Toronto), which took place at the Milieux Institute for Arts, Culture and Technology at Concordia University from October 23-27, workshop participants visited the Speculative Life BioLab to engage with the theme of Quantifiable Self through microbiology. Each participant cultured their own microbiome, which was then allowed to grow over the duration of the week. This workshop was facilitated by WhiteFeather, who works as Technician and Principal Investigator of the Speculative Life BioLab.
